DKNY Jeans Walk of Fame Zootopia 2007 Sweepstakes – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASING WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF NY, NJ & CT 14 AND OVER AS OF 2/1/07. VOID OUTSIDE THE LISTED STATES AND WHERE PROHIBITED.
TO ENTER: To enter the DKNY Jeans Walk of Fame Zootopia 2007 Sweepstakes, visit dknyjeans.com, click on the appropriate icon and follow all instructions to complete and submit an entry form between 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 5/09/07 and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 5/14/2007 (“Promotion Period”). Entrants must complete all requested information to be eligible. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, stolen, fraudulent, tampered with, or otherwise altered are not eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries received from any e-mail address after the first entry received from that email address will be void. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized holder of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Each entry will be entered in the sweepstakes drawing, to be held on or about 5/15/2007. If you are a minor, you should have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to enter.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of NY, NJ, and CT age 14 years or older as of 5/9/07. Employees of LC Libra, LLC (“DKNY Jeans”) or Liz Claiborne, Inc. (collectively, “Sponsor”), Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc. (“Z100”), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate family (parent, spouse, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of any of the above, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. This sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void outside NY, NJ, and CT, and where prohibited by law.
WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing will be conducted on or about May 15, 2007 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by phone or email for verification of eligibility and validation. Potential winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and (unless prohibited by law) publicity release within 24 hours of Sponsor’s notification. If Sponsor is unsuccessful after three (3) attempts to reach and speak directly with the potential winner in a 24-hour period, or if potential winner declines, fails to return any required documents, does not complete the verification process within the time specified by Sponsor, or is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing to be conducted by Administrator. In the event the winner is a minor in his/her state of legal residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein.
PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Z100 Zootopia concert on May 18, 2007, and the opportunity to meet Katharine McPhee backstage prior to the concert. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified by issuer. Seat locations to be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or guest if either engages in a disruptive or inappropriate manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the concert. If Winner or Guest is a minor in his/her state of legal residence, he/she should be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize not stated herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, federal, state and local taxes and ground transportation to and from the concert, are the sole responsibility of the winner. All prize elements (or portions thereof) may be substituted with elements of comparable or greater value, at the sole discretion of Sponsor or Z100. Neither Sponsor nor Z100 will replace any lost or stolen prize element. Released Parties (as defined below) are not liable in the event that the prize is unable to be awarded as planned, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, strikes, an event of force majeure or for any other reason, and no other or additional compensation or substitute prize will be awarded. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $500. Odds of winning Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received.
CONDITIONS: Entrants (or, if eligible minors, their parents or legal guardians) agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges which are final and binding. All applicable federal, state and local taxes, and any other expenses and costs not explicitly stated herein as being provided by Sponsor are winners’ sole responsibility. Sponsor, Z100, and their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, retailers, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this sweepstakes, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), are not responsible for: typographical, printing, seeding, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation: errors which may occur in the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or any sweepstakes-related materials; inaccurate, fraudulent, incomplete, illegible, late, lost, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, damaged or postage due entries or mail; lost or stolen entry boxes; any delays in delivery or lack of availability of any prize or prize materials; or bodily injuries, death, losses or damages of any kind that may arise from entrant’s participation in this sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize, or participation in any prize-related activities, including but not limited to travel thereto. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entries submitted fraudulently or otherwise not in accordance with these Official Rules. Each winner and/or winner’s guest agrees that Sponsor and its designees may use his/her name, voice, photograph, likeness, address (city and state), biographical information, prize information and/or statements about this sweepstakes for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without compensation, notification, or permission unless otherwise prohibited by law. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes or any element thereof. Should the sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, conduct a random drawing to award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the action requiring such termination. Entry forms not obtained through legitimate channels are void.
INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANYONE TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW. Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by the Released Parties, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to fully participate in the sweepstakes. Releases Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.

All decisions of the Sponsor, Z100, and Administrator are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.
